Nate This album is awesome, very chilled but also makes you wanna dance. The base line after the bridge in Wet Bar is so killer 💖💖💖 it starts around the 3:26 mark in the song. Favorite track: Wet Bar.

jennie sadler I don't like to use the word 'chill' to describe things that aren't temperatures, but I think it is appropriate when summarizing this album. Favorite track: Koko Chats Online.

Cody Graham I was candyfliping alone in the rainforest once & I stumbled upon an abandoned tropical resort. At least I thought it was abandoned until I followed the sound of music up to the top floor of the tallest building. I opened a door & found myself in a very colorful lounge/club that had a nice view of the jungle canopy. The DJ was playing this album. None of this actually happened, but you get the point.

Yiannis Nova Dorakis Brandon Knocke‘s sophomore album as Body-san balanced perfectly between his Body-san and Discoverer alter ego. His sparkling Azymuth inspired textures offer proto (ambient) deep house grooves, slo-mo rain forest fluctuations and soundscapes and chilled juice ‘’lost in the nature’’ also illusions. The best cassette release of 2016 so far. Another 1080p’s delight.

Smooth and vibe-focused marriage of electronic grooves and dank chords from Kansas City’s Brandon Knocke aka Body-san, following up a release on 100% Silk with 10 tracks colorized by human voices/conversations and landscapes.

“Shining The Money Ball” has a polished, synthetic naturalism (lots of water and fauna vibes on these synths) and gets its sound inspiration from jazz-funk, 1970s & onward library music, and also creates a vague, unspecific but 'perfect crime' cinematic narrative.

In the past Knocke has released a fairly wide spectrum of electronic-based music under different names, notably as Discoverer for experimental-leaning labels like Digitalis (RIP) & VCO Recordings - all filed under a kind of blanket production name Modern Hug productions
